Heard learned counsel for the State and he has vehemently pray for condoning the delay in filing the appeal, which is 123 days. We find sufficient cause having been shown in support of the petition for condonation of the delay. The application is allowed.

The writ appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
