Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 19.08.2020 in Crl.MP.No.4936/2020 in Crl.OP.No.4953/2020 in Cr.No.1/2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month after lifting lockdown until further orders, on the file of the Inspector of police, DAC, Perambalur.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.BALA SUBRAMANIAM, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month after lifting of lockdown, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4936 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.4953 of 2020, dated 19.08.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4936 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.4953 of 2020, dated 19.08.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
