O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Logeswari, aged 32 years, directing the respondents to cause production of his wife/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue Logeswari, wife of the petitioner, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention of her by anybody and that she was married to the petitioner/husband of the detenue and now she is willing to go along with her mother, who is also present before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, the detenue is permitted to go along with her mother, who is also willing to take back her daughter. Accordingly, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
