This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.256 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this matter investigation has been completed and charge has also been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.12 of 2014 and the case is pending for trial and hence nothing survives in this petition.
