JUDGMENT

(Delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) After some arguments, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to the appellant to approach the Government by way of making a representation in respect of the subject matter. He has also made an an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty to the appellant. No costs.
