avr/abr COMMON JUDGMENT The Civil Miscellaneous Appeals in C.M.A.Nos.1690, 1691, 1693 and 1695 of 2011 pending on the file of the High Court, Madras have been referred to National Lok Adalat for conciliation today. Both the appellant/Insurance Company and the respondents/claimants are present before the National Lok Adalat along with their respective counsels. 2.After negotiations with the parties, the appellant/Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw all the appeals and has also made an endorsement to withdraw the appeals.
3.In the light of the endorsement made by the appellant/Insurance Company, these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
