Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner Association dated 10.03.2017 for revision of lease rent in respect of the shops allotted to the members of the petitioner Association at the market rental value as per the terms of G.O.Ms.No.147 MAWS (Na.ne.4) Department dated 30.12.2000 and G.O.Ms.No.92 MAWS (Na.ne.4) Department dated 03.07.2007 uniformly for all the existing lessees of shops belong to respondent Corporation.
