This petition is filed praying to order Substituted Service to the respondents in S.A. No.300 of 2010 by way of paper publication in a Tamil Daily.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first respondent has died and he has taken out necessary petitions to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. The petioners are directed to take paper publication with regard to the respondents 2 to 4 in one issue of a Tamil daily, by mentioning the hearing date as 16.03.2023. The publication shall be effected atleast 10 days prior to the next date of hearing.
