Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 22.12.2017 given by him.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a representation to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3rd respondent for taking control of the Arulmigu Balamurugan Temple, Thendral Colony, Chennai - 600 040. However, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
