Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to cancel the document No.2567 of 2016, dated 10.03.2016 registered in the third respondent office by the 4th respondent as per the Circular No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017 issued by the 1st respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2018 and 31.05.2018. By consent of both parties, the Writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking to direct the second respondent to cancel the document No.2567 of 2016, dated 10.03.2016 registered in the third respondent office by the fourth respondent as per the Circular No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017 issued by the first respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 22.03.2018 and 31.05.2018.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has submitted representations dated 22.03.2018 and 31.05.2018 seeking to cancel the document No.2567 of 2016, dated 10.03.2016 registered in the third respondent office by the fourth respondent in terms of Circular No.41530/U1/2017, dated 08.11.2017 of the first respondent, but, the same is yet to be disposed of by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 22.03.2018 and 31.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein, as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
