ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to expedite the investigation and consequently to file the final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the man missing FIR is pending before the respondent police.

4. The respondent police is directed to strictly follow the guidelines given by this court in K.Sukumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District, Virudhunagar [ Crl.OP.No.(MD)19255 of 2016 dated 18.09.2018] and continue with the investigation.
