Labour Court Judge Chennai for a period of 1 week by modifying the Order dated 03.10.2017 passed by this Honourable Court C.M.P.No. 17024 of 2017 in CRP No. 3660 of 2017 (in CMP.20162/2017 in CRP.NPD.3660/2017);

(ii) extend the time for depositing the sum of Rs 25,000/- before the Leanred III Addl. Labour Court Judge Chennai for a period of 1

week by modifying the Order dated 03.10.2017 passed by this Honourable Court C.M.P.No. 17025 of 2017 in CRP No. 3661 of 2017 (in CMP.20163/2017 in CRP.NPD.3661/2017);

(iii) extend the time for depositing the sum of Rs 25,000/- before the Leanred III Addl. Labour Court Judge Chennai for a period of 1 week by modifying the Order dated 03.10.2017 passed by this Honourable Court C.M.P.No. 17026 of 2017 in CRP No. 3662 of 2017 (in CMP.20164/2017 in CRP.NPD.3662/2017);

(iv) extend the time for depositing the sum of Rs 25,000/- before the Leanred III Addl. Labour Court Judge Chennai for a period of 1 week by modifying the Order dated 03.10.2017 passed by this Honourable Court C.M.P.No. 17027 of 2017 in CRP No. 3663 of 2017 (in CMP.20165/2017 in CRP.NPD.3663/2017) pending CRP.NPD.Nos.3660 to 3663 of 2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- According to the petitioner, the conditional order was made on 03.10.2017 and was made ready on 01.11.2017. Therefore, the petitioner could not comply with the conditional order passed by this Court. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present applications praying to modify the conditional order dated 03.10.2017 and to extend the time for compliance of the order of this Court.

2. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to grant further one week's time to comply with the conditional order dated 03.10.2017 from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, failing which the interim order dated 03.10.2017 already granted by the Court stands automatically vacated. -sd/- 06/12/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar ( Statistics / C.S. ) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
