ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to complete the trial in S.C.No.131 of 2012, within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. It is seen from records that the charge sheet has been filed by the respondent police on 29.04.2011 and the same has been taken on file by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, in S.C.No.131 of 2012. Already this court issued a direction to complete the trial in S.C.No.131 of 2021 within a period of four months.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, time is extended to a further period of four months to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial in S.C.No.131 of 2012, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
