Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the appointment of teacher Tmt.S.Sunitha as BT Assistant (Maths) in the petitioner School from the date of appointment on 08.07.2011 based on the proposal forwarded by the petitioner School dated 22.11.2011 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment with interest, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to approve the appointment of teacher Tmt.S.Sunitha as BT Assistant (Maths) in the petitioner School from the date of appointment on 08.07.2011 based on the proposal forwarded by the petitioner School on 22.11.2011 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment with interest.

2. Pending writ petition, the said S.Sunitha had resigned the post of BT Assistant and appointed in the post of PG Assistant. Thereafter, her appointment was also approved by the second respondent. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
