This appeal is filed by the appellant seeking to prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the petition and orders of the Principal District Court, Erode in G.W.O.P.No.9 of 2009 dated 13.10.2011.
2. When the matter is called today, learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the minors have attained majority and hence nothing survives in this appeal, for further adjudication. The learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the statement made, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
