ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property comprised in Survey Nos.112, 113/1, 105/1B, 160/6, 160/7, measuring an extent of 2.65 acres, situated at Motchakulam Village, Villupuram District. He further submitted that the respondents 3 to 6 are unlawfully interfering with and preventing the petitioner from putting up a fence in the said property. In this regard, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 20.11.2025 seeking police protection. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that prior to the representation dated 20.11.2025, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 29.10.2025, pursuant to which, an enquiry was conducted in Current Paper No.1506/SDO-B/VIK/SP/Pet/2025. Upon such enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and accordingly, the petitioner and __________Page 2 of 4

the respondents 3 to 6 were directed to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate relief.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. No costs.
