This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 395 days in representing the CMP.Sr.Nos.101960 to 101962 of 2007 to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to number of the petitions to implead the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent, if it is otherwise in order.
