PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the disguise of the enquiry, based on the foisted complaint lodged by the defacto complainant on the file of the respondent police station, without adhering to the mandatory provisions of law.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the disguise of the enquiry, based on the foisted complaint lodged by the defacto complainant on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is required for an enquiry in the course of investigation in Crime No.1135 of 2021.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C., and call the petitioner for an enquiry.
