This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the Appeal petition of the petitioner dated 07.08.2025, filed against the dismissal order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.013625/ C3/ E1 / 2024 and to reinstate the petitioner in service.

2. Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was serving as an English Teacher in Thiruvaipadi Government High School. While so, the second respondent vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No.013625/C3/E1/2024 dated 10.07.2025, dismissed him from the service, on the ground that the petitioner's misconduct with a student was proven in the disciplinary proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition.

Appeal of the petitioner dated 07.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. On the above contention, this Court heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

6. In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal dated 07.08.2025 on merits and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties.

7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
