Heard Ms. Elizabeth Ravi, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. K.Karthikeyan, Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. M.Sudhakar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the Respondents to comply with the order dated 20.12.2023 in W.M.P. Nos. 35440 and 35441 of 2023 in W.P. No. 35465 of 2023 passed by the Court. 3.

In response, it has been explained by Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent that certain additions and alterations to the property had been made before the copy of the said interim order dated 20.12.2023 has been served on the Second Respondent and he further undertakes that till the said interim order continues to be in fore, no addition or alteration would be made to the property and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Contempt Petition.
