Learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioner's name has been included in the revised Superintending Engineer Panel for the year 2020-2021 through the proceedings of the Commissioner of Rural Development and Panchayat https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he would be entitled for promotion in the Panel relating to the year 2017-2018 and not 2020-2021. 3.This Court is of the view that in case the petitioner is entitled for promotion to the said post for the year 2017-2018, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
