..Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Certiorarifed Mandamus, calling for the records of the proceedings of the third respondent issued in No.P.VIII-8/2008-138-EC-11 dated 19.03.2009 and the proceedings of the second respondent issued in NO.R.XIII-5/09-EST7-3 (KSR) dated 4.9.2009 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant and monetary benefits.

When the matter was listed on 22.09.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 07.10.2020. Though the matter was taken up for hearing, both side learned counsel were absent on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

07.10.2010, again the matter was listed on 14.10.2020, however there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, hence the matter was listed under the caption for dismissal on 29.10.2020.
