ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu Balamurugan, aged about 35 years, to secure her husband, who is said to be missing from 23.08.2012 and to set him at liberty. 2.

The alleged detenu Balamurugan is produced before this Court today. The petitioner and the 3rd respondent are also present before this Court.

When we enquired, he admits that the petitioner is his wife and he went to Tirupur for his avocation and there is no illegal detention. He also states that he is willing to go along with his wife and his mother, the 3rd respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the said statement made by the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is ordered to be closed.
