This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to act on the petitioner's representations dated 15.10.2020 and 06.12.2021 and to pay due statutory compensation payable to the petitioner in respect of his acquired lands forming part of roads/streets or any other common areas of Annai Nagar layout situate in S.No.18/1A1, 18/1A1B, 18/22, 18/3A1B, 18/2A1 and 18/2A1B, Govindacheri Village, Wallaja Taluk, Vellore District acquired https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the respondents for Bangalore - Chennai Expressway Project. 2.

Heard Mr.N.R.Anantha Rama Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.D.Tamilselvi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and conduct enquiry on the representations of the petitioner dated 15.10.2020 and 06.12.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
