O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.331 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent/wife has already filed Tr.C.M.P., before the Madurai Bench of this Court in Tr.C.M.P.No.14 of 2019 and this Court by its order dated 29.04.2019 transferred the H.M.O.P.No.776 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tambaram to the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, for having joint trial. Hence, he prayed to dismiss the present petition as infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed as Infructuous.

No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
