Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to record this memo and dismiss above applications as not pressed with liberty to file fresh applications with modified prayer, if necessary. A.No.233 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to consider the other benefits of D.A.Increments and its arrears E.L.Surrender, yearly increment and its arrears and Pongal Bonus and its arrears given to the serving Estate Staff which was stopped from September 2018 may be considered based on the serving Estate Staff representation dated 26/09/2019 and should not be permit the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamilnadu to sanction those benefits with arrears w.e.f.
/ 2 / September 2018 and continue to pay such benefits then and there as revised by Government as applicable to the respective Staff from respective Trust Estate fund.
A.No.234 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to implement the Tamil Nadu 7th Pay Commission Salary and other benefits to the serving Estate Staff on par with the Government Servant as applicable to the respective post of Estate Clerk and Office Boy w.e.f. 01/10/2017 and arrears as on today and continue to pay the revised salary from respective Trust Estate Fund.
A.No.236 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the salary and other benefits as stated in prayers (b) and (c) be applied and implemented only to serving Estate Staff till their retirement on superannuation or otherwise and to that reasons whatever the arrears comes to their hand be put it in a Fixed Deposit of respective staff name till their retirement period by keeping FDRs in the custody of AG and OT till retirement of concerned staff and also the current monthly saving scheme amount of the concerned staff be enhanced substantially by the
/ 3 / administrative order of the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu after interacting with the concerned staff by taking note of their welfare and future retirement life.
A.No.237 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to Permit the Administrator General and Official Trustee to pass a Service Rule to the Estate Clerk and Office Boy in the nomenclature of The Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu Estate Clerk and Office Boy ( Temporary Appointment and Service Conditions) Rule, 2020 or any other nomenclature be framed by the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamilnadu if necessary after consultation with any experts in the field of service law by paying reasonable remuneration from the MOPL and V.T.Chetty Trust Estate Funds and after approval of the same from the Hon'ble High Court of Madras, be Gazetted and the future appointment shall be taken place strictly on the basis of new Service Rule. A.No.238 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass the order for further and future appointment to the Post of Estate Staff to the existing vacancy (5 nos) and future vacancy be done only on contract basis
/ 4 / or temporary basis for minimum period of three years and maximum period of five years tenure by a consolidated pay subject to any number of renewal of such appointments on satisfying the staff's past performance with reasonable revision of consolidated pay up to the superannuation age without any other benefits.
A.No.239 of 2020:
Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to until the prayer (e) and (f) would have been complied and implemented or for any other exigency as decided by the Administrator General and official Trustee of Tamilnadu, the existing vacancy and future vacancy to the post of Estate Staff may be temporarily filled up from the retired Estate Staff on ad-hoc basis appointment for initial period up to two years subject to renewal of such appointment, up to 64 years of age considering past service performance, clean records and merit etc as satisfied by the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu by a consolidated monthly pay method and it shall not be less than 1/2 (one half) and more than 3/4 (Three Fourth) of last gross salary (salary + other allowances gross salary) of the concerned Estate Staff without any other benefits and to that aspect a clause may be incorporated in the forthcoming Service Rule.

2. Learned Administrator General and Official Trustee seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above applications and has also filed a memo to that effect.
3. The Memo dated 24.09.2020 submitted before this Court reads as follows:
' MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL FILED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL AND OFFICIAL TRUSTEE OF TAMIL NADU The Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu humbly submits that the above applications have been filed by the applicant for various prayers.
2. It is further submitted that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw all the above applications with liberty to file fresh applications with modified prayer, if necessary. In view of the same, the applicant therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record this memo and dismiss above applications as not pressed with liberty to file fresh applications with modified prayer, if necessary.'
