O R D E R

For non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 13.04.2023 passed in W.P.No.11495 of 2016, the contempt petition is filed.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.ARL.Sundaresan, the learned Additional Solicitor General assisted by Mr.V.Kalyanraman, submitted that prior to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.11495 of 2016 on 13.04.2023, the order was passed on 06.02.2023 and it was challenged in W.P.No.23826 of 2023 and the same was dismissed on 14.08.2023, against which, W.A.No.2535 of 2023 was filed by the petitioner and it was also dismissed on 22.09.2023.

3. In view of the above, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 09.08.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ssb
