Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent herein, quash the impugned communication letter in letter reference No.SCN/311173419/21 dated 03.09.2021 SCN/311836853/21 dated 04.12.2021 of the 1st Respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue passport to the petitioner vide Application No.MAH063543958521 on 31.08.2021 within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2021 in the light of the judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Venkatesh Kandasamy Vs.
