Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records relating to the detention order in F.No. PD12002/20/2018-COFEPOSA dated 06.12.2018 passed by the first respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the body of the person of the detenue namely Smt.Padma Amble Venkataramaiah, aged about 52 years wife of K.R.Shivashankara before this Hon'ble Court, now detained under Sec.3(1) of the COFEPOSA Act, in Central Prison, for women, Puzhal, Chennai - 66 and set her at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 06.12.2018 in F.No. PD-12002/20/2018-COFEPOSA, detaining her under Section 3(1) of the COFEPOSA Act.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenue has been revoked by the Government by its order in PD-12002/20/2018-COFEPOSA, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Economic Intelligence Bureau (COFEPOSA Wing) dated 01.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
