Respondent in all WPs Common Prayer : Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the files of the respondent herein, in CST/767734/2014-15, CST/767734/2015-16, CST/767734/2016-17, CST/767734/2017-18 dated 18.12.2020, quash the same while directing the respondent herein to rectify the assessment order in CST/767734/2014-15, CST/767734/2015-16, CST/767734/2016-17, CST/767734/2017-18 dated 16.09.2016, 24.01.2020, 11.10.2019, 18.11.2019 respectively and apply the rate of 5% on the inter-State 1/4
sales effected by the petitioners of the manufactured goods, namely, motors for industrial application, as prayed for by the petitioner in his application dated 12.10.2020.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions, as the petitioner is inclined to file an application under Samadhan Scheme, announced by the State Government to settle the pending disputes arising from the TNVAT Act, 2006. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
