.. Respondent Prayer: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents in accordance with law for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order in W.P.No.20788 of 2013 and W.P.No.8523 of 2014 dated 29.04.2021.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.04.2021 passed in W.P.No.8523 of 2014. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr.K.H.Ravikumar, learned Government Advocate that the order has already been complied with by the respondents and accordingly, G.O.(3D).No.62, School Education [SE1(1)] Department, dated 07.11.2024 was issued. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner and placed before this Court. 3.

In the light of the above, though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court. 4.

In the circumstances, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by G.O.(3D).No.62, dated 07.11.2024, she is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
