Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner claiming to be a Devotee of "Arulmigu Senganni Amman Temple" situated at 4th Main Road, CIT Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai-35, seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 11.11.2017 and pass orders on the same, wherein and whereby he made certain allegations against some private individuals as though they are mismanaging the temple affairs and also misappropriating the funds without maintaining proper accounts.

3. This Court, at this stage is not expressing any view on the allegations made by the petitioner in the said representation, as it is for the second respondent to consider and decide, after hearing all the parties concerned. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

second respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
