(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.R.Arunmozhi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.

2.The main prayer of the petitioner is that the existing structures put up by the respondent in the approved residential Layout No.RJC(S) LA/WEDCN15/00004/2013 be removed. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation states that the structures have been demolished on 14.06.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that he has received instructions from the petitioner that the structures have been demolished.

In view of the above, this writ petition has become infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.757 of 2019 is also dismissed.
