For Petitioner : Mr.P.K.Rajagopal for Mrs.K.Santhakumari COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P. Nos.3913 of 2023 and 1286 of 2022 and GWOP No.4731 of 2022.

The respondent/husband filed a petition seeking restitution of conjugal rights in HMOP No.1286 of 2022 and in the said petition, the petitioner/wife has filed her counter and the matter is posted for enquiry. The respondent also filed a petition seeking custody of the child in GWOP No.4731 1/4
of 2022 and in the said petition also the counter of the petitioner was filed and the matter is posted for trial.

The petitioner herein filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.3913 of 2023 seeking divorce. In the said petition, the respondent filed his counter as early as on 11.06.2025 and the matter is posted for enquiry. 4.
A perusal of the e-Courts status filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that in all the above original petitions, pleadings have been completed and the matters are posted for enquiry/trial. 5.
Taking into consideration all the original petitions were filed in the year 2022 and 2023 and the pleadings have been completed, this Court is inclined to direct the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of H.M.O.P. Nos.1286 of 2022 and 3913 of 2023, and GWOP No.4731 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible.
6. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
