[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of conduction an enquiry on complaint dated 04.01.2021 lodged by the petitioner's wife/de facto complainant viz., Jayanthi.

Today, Ms.R.Sagunthala, Sub-Inspector of Police, W-20, All Women Police Station, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 021, is present.

It is seen that the petitioner had taken away his child from the custody of his wife Jayanthi on 02.01.2021, in connection with which, on a complaint given by Jayanthi, the police were looking out for the petitioner.

In view of the above, it cannot be stated that the police were harassing the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
