This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District to conduct and conclude the trial of the C.C.No.143 of 2023 expeditiously within the time frame.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur, Ariyalur District, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.143 of 2023 and complete the same, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial. 2/4
