Raja Street, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 01.03.2017 for providing me with a fresh electricity connection for the first floor portion in the property bearing Door No.9, First Floor, H.D. Raja Street, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 018. 2.Though the prayer appears to be innocuous in nature, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the application said to have been given has not been received.
3.This Court does not want to get into the merits of the case. Suffice it is to permit the petitioner to make a fresh application to the fourth respondent. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent shall consider it as per law. While doing so, it is open to the said authority to hear the other parties, if so required.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
