Mrs Vasanthakumari v. Iswar Hemnani

CMP.No.273 of 2009 in S.A.No.1838 of 2001 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., CMP.No.273 of 2009 has been filed to bring on record the respondents 3 to 6 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondentMrs.K.Rajeswari as respondents 4 to 7 in the above Second Appeal. 2.The factum of the death of the first respondent viz., Mrs.K.Rajeswari in S.A.No.1838 of 2001 and the respondents 4 to 7 are her legal representatives, are not in dispute.

3.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of three weeks.
