This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.04.2014 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the first respondent police.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 04.04.2014 to the first respondent police and on receipt of the same, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
