Respondents Prayer:- Transfer Petition is filed under Section 24 of the CPC to withdraw the HMOP No.294 of 2018 on the file of the Hon'ble Family Court, Dindigul to be tried along with HMOP No.116 of 2023 on the file of the Hon'ble Sub Court, Katbadi and pass such further or other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP No.294 of 2018, pending on the file of the Family Court, Vellore, to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

3. It is informed that the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.1169 of 2023 filed by the petitioner/wife has already been dismissed by this Court on 12.12.2023. That apart, HMOP.No.294 of 2018 pending on the file of the Family Court, Vellore has been posted "for orders".

4. In the above circumstances, the request for transfer cannot be granted and accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
