ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.103 of 2013 on the file of the respondent to any other investigating agency, later the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in Crime No.103 of 2013 before the Additional District Judge, Tharapuram and assigned as C.C.No.24 of 2015.
2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in C.C.No.24 of 2015, the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Additional District Judge, Tharapuram by its Judgment dated 07.04.2016.
