ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.11.2021 within a stipulated period of time in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. As against the execution of settlement deed in respect of the property comprised in S.No.521, situated at Andiya Koundanur Village, Udumalpet Taluk Thiruppur District by sisters of the petitioner herein, even after dismissal of their suit, it is pending on the file of the first respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 22.11.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
