PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to recall the bailable warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur District in STC.No.164/2018 dated 26.4.2022.

ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed for the execution of the bailable warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur District in STC.No.164 of 2018 dated 26.4.2022. 1/4

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the next date of hearing is on 03.04.2024. This complaint has been pending from the year 2018 onwards and the accused persons have successfully dragged on the proceedings for nearly five years.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to execute the bailable warrant and to produce the accused persons before the concerned Court before the next date of hearing on 03.04.2024. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions. 22.01.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking Order ssr To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tirupur District.
