PRAYER:Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to forbear from dropping the petitioner from the pension scheme.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to forbear from dropping the petitioner from the pension scheme. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as an Intermediate Teacher in Government aided School by the School Committee on 31.03.2003. According to her, she was entitled to be placed in the old pension scheme as she joined the service on 31.03.2003 and she claims that G.O.Ms.No.304, dated 27.05.2004, declaring the persons appointed on or after 01.04.2003, were not entitled to be appointed to old Non-Contributory Pension Scheme, is not applicable for her.

3.The affidavit filed by the petitioner is extremely bereft of any details and particularly, it does not disclose the cause of action for her to approach this Court, at this point of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

She has merely stated that representations were given, without mentioning the dates on which she has given the representations. 4.This Court is unable to make out the exact grievance of the petitioner. On the basis of such bald averments and non disclosure of any cause of action, this Court is unable to countenance the case of the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is liable to be rejected at the admission stage itself. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
