This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29622 of 2022 on 01.12.2022 to report before the Inspector of Police, E1, Mylapore Police Station, Chennai, every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months.
