Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16752 of 2020 order dated 28.10.2020 Cr.No.1637 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the repondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16752 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 in Cr.No.1637 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complaying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16752 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16752 of 2020 dated 28.10.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
