2. The application is filed for extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by a further period of six months. The proceedings are at the stage of Chief Examination of the applicant's witness. The mandate is extended by a further period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Arbitrator shall take steps to issue notice to the respondent informing them about the fresh date of hearing.
