O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose the suit in O.S.No.158 of 2015 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirupathur.

2. In view of the order being passed in the revision petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner herein is the 6th defendant in the suit. The suit has been filed by the respondents 1 to 3 for partition and separate possession in the year 2015 and the plaintiffs have also obtained an order of interim injunction against the defendants. Thereafter, for more than 4 years, the plaintiffs are filing unnecessary applications and delaying the proceedings. According to the petitioner, now the entire pleadings had been over and the suit is also ripe for trial, however, without conducting trial, the suit is adjourned periodically. Hence, the present revision has been filed.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought in the revision, without going into the merits of the case and also the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2015, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruppathur, is directed to dispose the O.S.No.158 of 2015 within a period of six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
