ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Complaining that the petitioner's minor daughter had eloped with the third respondent herein, a criminal case in Crime No.308 of 2023 came to be registered against the third respondent herein, wherein the offences came to be modified for the offences under Section 363, 366 of IPC and Section 5(1), 5(j)(ii) and 6 of the protection of child from sexual offences Act 2012. 2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the third respondent has already been arrested and now confined in judicial custody.

3.Today when the matter was called, the respondent Police had produced the petitioner's minor daughter before us. When we interacted

with the girl, she expressed that she is willing to reconcile with her parents and live under their care and custody.

4.In view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, it is closed. No costs.
