ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to survey and fix the boundary stones as per the request and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
communication made by the third respondent in his letter in ref No/Na.Ka.En.1573/2020/Aa4, dated 16.09.2021 to protect and remove obstructions on the road from Perumathur village to Vaidyanathapuram Village in Survey No.170/6 at Perumathur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.R.Veeramani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Mr.Karthik Jaganathan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and adjacent owners if any and pass orders to survey the land comprised in Survey No.170/6 at Perumathur Village, Kunnam Taluk, Perambalur District, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
